These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the public website at https://fabpulse.it.com operated by FABPULSE LTD, 154B St. Neots Road, Eaton Ford, ST. NEOTS, PE19 7AD United Kingdom. Contact: help@fabpulse.it.com and +44 7123 890123. These Terms of Service are the website terms. They are not the full commercial Terms and Conditions that apply to paid engagements. If you commission Systems Integration Services, SaaS Solutions, Custom Computer Programming Services or other services, the Terms and Conditions and any written engagement letter prevail over these website terms to the extent of conflict, except that unlawful use of the website remains prohibited in every case.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use of the contact form is an offer of information, not an automatic contract for professional services. FABPULSE LTD may refuse any request, including where authorisation, conflict, or scope cannot be established.

2. The site is a pulse bay, not a product console

The site describes a United Kingdom practice using a pulse-weld fabrication metaphor. Nothing on the site is a binding statement of current headcount, a warranty of a particular control, a promise of uninterrupted availability, or a solicitation to test any system without written authority. Case descriptions are illustrative and anonymised. They are not a guarantee that your estate will resemble those coupons. Metaphors of fixtures, seams, heat tint, argon envelopes and traveller cards describe working character. They do not convert the Company into a welding contractor, a factory, a hardware shop, or a materials-testing laboratory.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, overloading the form, scraping the site in a way that impairs others, impersonating FABPULSE LTD, or using the content to train a public model where that use competes unfairly with our professional expression and is not permitted by law. You must not use the site to send unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive messages. You must not use the form to dump personal data of third parties or to send exploit material. Attempts to probe this website as if it were an unnamed laboratory are prohibited unless we have given written permission for a named test.

4. Intellectual property

The website design, text, arrangement, logo and original graphics are owned by FABPULSE LTD or its licensors. You may view pages for ordinary professional enquiry. You may not copy the site as a template, republish the legal pages as your own, or remove marks. Trade marks of others remain theirs. Fonts are used under their respective licences.

5. No professional advice until engaged

Website copy is general information about Software Publishers, Computer Systems Design and Related Services, Publishing Industries, Information, Prepackaged Software, Custom Computer Programming Services, Software Development Services, SaaS Solutions, Enterprise Software Solutions, Cloud Software Platforms, Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Application Licensing Services, Digital Product Distribution, Systems Integration Services, IT Consulting Services, Database Development and Management, API Development and Integration, Cybersecurity Solutions and Digital Transformation Services. It is not advice on your facts. No duty of care arises from merely reading a page. A duty, if any, arises only under a written engagement and the Terms and Conditions.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the website without notice. We may update these Terms of Service by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated website terms. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, that maps will always load, or that third-party fonts will remain available.

7. Liability for website use

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to that, FABPULSE LTD is not liable for loss arising from use of the public website, inability to use the website, reliance on general descriptions, or third-party content including map tiles, except to the extent a consumer right cannot be limited. Business users use the site at their own judgement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from website use, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party content

The Google Maps embed is provided to identify 154B St. Neots Road, Eaton Ford, ST. NEOTS, PE19 7AD United Kingdom. That provider's terms apply to the embed. Links to legal pages on this domain are first-party. We are not responsible for external sites.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the website, subject to any mandatory rights of a consumer resident elsewhere that cannot be waived.

10. Contact

FABPULSE LTD, 154B St. Neots Road, Eaton Ford, ST. NEOTS, PE19 7AD United Kingdom. help@fabpulse.it.com. +44 7123 890123. For paid work, read the Terms and Conditions. For cookies, read the Cookie Policy. For personal data, read the Privacy Policy.

11. Quotation

You may quote short passages of the public site for genuine criticism or review, with attribution to FABPULSE LTD and a link to https://fabpulse.it.com, provided you do not present the quotation as legal advice or as a completed engagement.

12. Accessibility scanning

Automated accessibility tools may scan the site. Reasonable scanning that does not impair others is permitted. Destructive scanning is not.

13. Marks

The favicon and logo are not licensed for use on third-party products. They identify this bay.

14. Search snippets

If you are a search engine presenting a snippet, you must not associate FABPULSE LTD with welding contracting, factory tourism, or materials-testing laboratories open to the public. Those are not our services.

15. Accounts

Account registration is not offered on the public pages. Anyone claiming to sell a FABPULSE LTD login is not authorised by these Terms of Service.

16. Framing

You must not frame the site so as to mislead a viewer that the content is yours. Inline linking of images as a substitute for our pages is unwelcome if it bypasses these terms or our policies.

17. Downloads

Virus scanning of downloads, if any downloads are later offered, remains your responsibility as well as ours. We will use reasonable care; we do not warrant a zero result against unknown malware.

18. Testing this website

These Terms of Service do not grant a security testing retainer. Testing FABPULSE LTD systems requires a separate written permission naming the target.

19. Severance

If a provision of these website terms is held invalid, the remainder continues. The liability wording shall be modified only as far as required by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 or other mandatory law.

20. Authority

A person who uses the site for an organisation binds that organisation if they have apparent authority. If they do not, they may be personally responsible for misuse.

21. Language

English is the governing language of the website terms. A translation, if later offered, is a convenience.

22. Assignment

We may assign these website terms in a transfer of the site. You may not assign your use, which is a permission to visit, not a property right.

23. No public offer of services

Nothing on the site is an offer to the public capable of acceptance without our further act, except these website terms themselves as a condition of use.

24. Time stamps

Time stamps on the server may differ from your device. They are not a contractual completion certificate for professional work.

25. Form warranties

If you submit a form, you warrant that your message is lawful and that you are not impersonating another person. False name fields waste a bay record and may be deleted.

26. Security research against this website

If you believe you have found a vulnerability on https://fabpulse.it.com, send a high-level description to help@fabpulse.it.com without a public exploit and without accessing data that is not yours. Do not use automated destructive tools. We may not run a paid bounty. We will not treat a careful, good-faith report as a hostile act. We will treat extortion, defacement, and data theft as hostile. Permission under this paragraph is limited to the public website operated by FABPULSE LTD and does not authorise testing of Client systems, of shared building networks at 154B St. Neots Road, or of third-party map and font infrastructure.

27. Relationship with paid work

Reading these Terms of Service does not make you a Client. Sending a job request does not make you a Client. Becoming a Client requires the process in the Terms and Conditions. Until then, the Company owes you the duties of a website operator under these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, and no duty of professional care in respect of your estate. If you are already a Client, your engagement documents sit above these website terms for the Services, and these website terms continue for your use of the public pages.

28. Third-party rights and versions

A person who is not a party to these website terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce them, except that hosting and security providers may rely on the acceptable-use restrictions to refuse abusive traffic. We may publicise these Terms of Service on the site. We may keep prior versions in an internal pack. The current published version on https://fabpulse.it.com is the version that applies to website use from the moment of publication, except that a dispute already notified in writing may be assessed under the version that applied at the time of the disputed act if that is fairer and legally available.
